Oshie doesn’t like to be ignored. If we fail to give him enough attention he likes to go and grab items like dish towels or socks. He knows that he isn’t supposed to have them but brings them right in front of us because he knows it will get him some attention.

Oh this is Karl too! He won’t touch a shoe until he notices I may be doing something other than playing with him 🙂

Dogs are so funny. As much as I don’t want him to have these items (he will literally eat a sock if you let him have it) I can’t help but laugh.

Oh absolutely! I had to laugh because Karl grabbed a kitchen towel today and came running through the foyer and I remembered your post and giggled 🙂

Oshie does it all the time. He never chews the towels but just brings them to us or lays down in front of us with it Hanging from his mouth. Such a goof. Karl sounds like a blast.

This is so funny. My golden, Oliver, does the exact same thing. He is 2 now…kept thinking he would grow out of it but that does not seem to be the case. While annoying, it is so hilarious and adorable. Goldens have such a funny, quirky personality.

They sure do. Oshie is about a year and a half. Lately he has been grabbing other items like books from the book shelf and tonight a place mat that was stored on shelves in the dining room.
